From the supplier: San Francisco French Bread Co. uses the AMF Bakery Systems Pan O Mat to divide, proof and shape breadsticks. The system contains the Astro PLX/100 which controls the movement of the dough by maintaining 1:1 synchronization between multiple axes. Relays at programmed setpoints can also be controlled to actuate process operations along axes.
